To Start:
Directions:
1 Carefully place the items in the bag on your
desk.
2 Make sure you have your spiral and a
pencil.
Directions
1.
Write your name and date in top right corner.
2.
Write the title centered on the top line.
3.
Do the rain forest puzzle
4.
Go to http://www.rainforest-alliance.org/kids and do the virtual
tours of the rainforests and play Jewels of the Earth
5.
Put the “play pieces” of the puzzle in the correct rainforest
layer.
6.
Go to http://eol.org and type in the names of at least 10 animals
from the puzzle and read about them. If you have time – do them all!
7.
Write one interesting fact about each animal in your notebook.
8.
Write which rainforest layer each animal would belong to.
9.
Circle the animal you liked learning about the most!
